Fall is basically here and we all know what that means...sugar and spice and everything...pumpkin! The pumpkin craze has already begun, and so have the blogs posts about it :) I wanted to do a post of 3 popular (and delicious) pumpkin spice recipes. They are all healthy recipes, and a fun fact about pumpkin is that it is loaded with disease-fighting vitamins and a ton of antioxidants. Enjoy! 



1. Spiced Pumpkin, Yogurt and Granola Parfait 

This yummy and nutritious breakfast recipe only takes 10 minutes to prepare. All it is, is layers of spiced pumpkin puree (you can buy this canned), greek yogurt and granola. 




2. Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes 

Who doesn't love pancakes? These fluffy, protein-packed flapjacks are made with egg whites, oats, protein powder and canned pumpkin. 




3. Chocolate Swirl Pumpkin Spice Smoothie 

Tastiest healthy smoothie you will ever make; you can even turn it into a protein smoothie by adding chocolate protein powder.
